		<description>All great info - here&#039;s a tip about your tip:  Starting in a Word document first is a great way to not only build your pages over time but also check spelling and grammar before posting to your blog.  However, pasting directly from Word to your blog might also paste a bunch of extra code that Microsoft hides from you.  This can make your pages &quot;heavier&quot;, requiring both longer download times and possibly skewing your code/content ratio (an SEO no-no).  I suggest pasting into notepad first, then into WordPress.</description>
