That is of course in their retail stores but it was a good point.

I think companies need to at least monitor social networking sites and blogs for customer service but they also have to know enough to respond effectively and quickly.</description>

I agree with #8. We (where I work) have been tackling customer issues via Twitter and on our corporate blog. Companies that are not using, or at least monitoring, social networking as a part of their customer service are going to get left behind.</description>
