Both are definitely a slow build (when done right).  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You can&#039;t go out for your first run and expect to be in shape - it takes a little before there are visible results.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Terrific articles - they really help beginners like me to get our sea legs in this new Twitter world.</description>
