Hall periodically polls clients to see how they feel. We take their feedback seriously and use it to adjust the way we offer services. Here are the results of some of the latest surveys:
- 2009 - Hall is awarded 4-Star Status by Sage 2nd year in a row for 100% customer satisfaction (21 polled)
- 2008 - Hall is awarded 4-Star Status by Sage for 100% customer satisfaction
- 2007 - Hall conducts Net Promoter Score® survey and receives 85% rating
- 2006 - In a survey to 121 clients, 90% rate Hall "very satisfied" with service
