Google Qualifications
As part of Hall's commitment to employing the best people in web services and providing ongoing training to our employees, we are proud to show the industry qualifications of our campaign managers for different internet marketing services.
Google Certified Individuals
To become a Qualified Individual in the Google Advertising Professionals program, an individual must maintain an AdWords account for at least 90 days, build and maintain at least US$1,000 (or your local currency equivalent) total spend, and pass the Google Advertising Professional Exam. The exam covers a spectrum of AdWords concepts - from elementary to advanced. It is a timed test managed by Google.
The following staff members currently are Google Certified Individuals:

- Tom Hall - Oversees the success of several clients SEM programs on an ongoing basis and participates on our project management and search marketing teams.
- James Booth - Manages set-up and day-to-day changes of client pay per click campaigns, such as edits to ad budget, keyword targeting, ad grouping, time of day, networking targeting, etc. Development-level configuration of Google Analytics.
- Kasi Gajtkowski - Conducts thorough analysis of all search marketing data as part of our proactive assessment and adjustment process, to validate and track current best practices, as well as a part of our multivarient testing process.
- Mike Johnston - Manages maintenance team responsible for all website maintenance implementation and validation as part of our on-request, pro-active and assessment and adjustment site updating services.
- Alex Eaton - Completes daily and weekly data analysis of all SEM programs as part of our Pro-Active Assessment and Adjustment process.
