An early pioneer in search engine optimization (SEO) in the late nineties, Tom used multivariate testing to develop optimization guidelines for now defunct search engines like Excite and Altavista. In 1999, he was able to achieve great results for a few clients using this innovative process and Hall was born. Over the years, Hall has changed along with the web and Tom has guided that change by encouraging and supporting innovation at all levels of the company. Today, Tom spends much of his time guiding the business, encouraging new ideas, supporting initiatives and working hands-on with the SEO & Technology Teams. A graduate of Freeport High School and The University of Rhode Island, Tom is also a founding member of the Casco Bay Technology Hub and a former MCED Top Gun Entrepreneur.
