Dresser came to Hall looking for an updated online look, a new information architecture and to get an easy-to-use mobile site. By taking a deep dive into their current site’s data, Hall was able to execute a new site and mobile site in a timely fashion for the client.

Hall started this redesign process with a complete analysis of the trailing 12 months of site activity data. The top content, bounce rate, entry pages and exit page data all played a roll in how content was repositioned within the site. Heat Mapping Data collected from the previous site was used to determine the new homepage layout and offers. The mobile site was created using mobile browser activity data from the current site to identify the best mobile offerings.
