The Pine Tree Development Zone initiative is intended to encourage and reward the creation of new qualified business activity statewide through tax benefits that constitute an overall gain to the business and to Maine’s economy. The goal of the PTDZ program is to create quality jobs in targeted industries and support new and expanding Maine businesses.
