Portland, Maine – Hall Internet Marketing, a full service technology enabled internet marketing agency and a founding member of the Casco Bay Tech Hub, congratulates Casco Bay Tech Hub for showing rapid growth in its incubator space after only two months after opening. The new co-working space was created by the CBTH to provide scalable offices for entrepreneurs and startups, and to support the CBTH’s mission to help nurture the development of an innovative tech culture within Portland.
Since opening in February, the Business Innovation Center has provided 11 offices for seven Maine-based tech companies. Tenants occupying the new space have access to their own lockable offices. They also share community space including a kitchen, conference room, lounge, phone room and event space. The Center takes up roughly 4,400 square feet of the 26,000 square foot Tech Hub located on Danforth Street in Portland.

In addition to opening the Business Innovation Center offices and uniting some of Maine’s most innovative companies and individuals, the Casco Bay Tech Hub also hosts PubHub, a monthly networking event that occurs on the first Tuesday of every month. PubHub is focused around gathering Maine’s tech and entrepreneurial professionals and stimulating growth through inspiring stories, collaboration and other relevant content. PubHub is going on its 16th event and draws an average of 80 to 100 professionals each month.
