Portland, Maine – Hall is proud to be sponsoring WordCamp Portland, Maine once again this year. WordCamp will be taking place on Nov. 3 at the University of Southern Maine Wishcamper Building and is an event for and by WordPress users where attendees can learn, share insights, and network with one another.
Hall’s Lead WordPress Developer, Tim Howe, is a selected presenter at the event this year. His talk “Promote Products and Increase Conversions with WooCommerce Core Features” will cover WooCommerce’s often underutilized core features and how to use them to help store owners improve their site performance.
Howe is glad to be contributing to this year’s event, saying “The open-source WordPress community has given me a lot and it is important to give back, not just with code but with time and knowledge. Also, you get to meet some of the friendliest and most helpful people there [at WordCamp].”
A number of Hall staff will be present at the event, volunteering and assisting attendees. Hall has been an active participant in WordCamp Portland, Maine since its inception in August of 2014.
