Tom founded Hall in 1999 and is currently the President and CEO. His responsibilities include business strategy, product development, and marketing strategy. Tom's experience in business marketing and management incude the development and sale of the FD Manager line of public safety software as Managing Partner of ACK, Inc. and as current Managing Partner of Global Soundings, LLC, creators of innovative search marketing software.

Tom also writes for the SEO Vision Blog and is completing his first book on Small Business Marketing due to be released in the spring of 2009.

Jonas has been with Hall since 2001 and involved in just about every aspect of website creation. Today, he spends his day creating high-impact Flash and video content and creating web graphics. His commitment to customer support fostered our 48 hour site update policy and our ProActive website maintenance service. Jonas is a native of Biddeford, Maine and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Multimedia Technology from Massachusetts Communications College.

Matt joined the Hall team in 2006 after graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Computer Science. He has been working on web sites since 1995, when he created one for a school project. Matt heads Hall's search-oriented development department, and is responsible for both programming development projects and ensuring they are launched on time.

A transplant to Maine "from away," James joined Hall in November of 2007. As an Electronic Engineering Technology graduate of Sinclair Community College (Dayton, Ohio), his fascination with all things involving electronic gadgets and computers (as well as how they operate) led him to Hall. Now he works on the front lines of Hall's advanced web development techniques and is the editor-in-chief of the company's internal Wiki.

Born and raised in Saco, Maine, Michael's interest in programming brought him to the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2007, and then back home to Maine. He joined Hall Web Services' growing web development team in 2008, and today builds websites from the ground up, manages routine maintenance, web updates and codes web applications. Mike is a huge Red Sox baseball enthusiast and recreational golfer.

Originally from Peaks Island, Maine, Amanda headed to the University of New Hampshire to complete a BA in Communications before returning to Maine where she worked for Citadel Broadcasting, maintaining the websites of local radio stations and mangaging e-newsletter campaigns. Today she manages Hall's inbound marketing team and is responsible for social network marketing strategy, implementation, fulfillment, training and validation for corporate clients. When she is not speaking at conferences and to business groups about social networking and conversation marketing, she contributes to the company blog, SEO Vision. She is also the “corporate Twitterer”.

Fred's obsession with new media brought him from the woods of Central Maine to the University of Southern Maine, where he graduated in 2006 with a BA in Media Studies and University Honors. Fred joined Hall in 2006 and manages internet marketing services, creative direction of video marketing services, and hosting of the weekly webinar series. He also contributes to the company blog. While Fred denies being a hippie, he does live in a yurt-like house in the woods with solar-power, chickens, and poor cell phone reception.

Scott has extensive experience building marketing programs at Fortune 500 software and hardware companies. When marketing budgets are tight, this is where Scott excels in helping businesses get the most from their marketing investments. A life long learner and teacher, he advises clients on developing marketing plans that leverage both internet and traditional marketing strategies to grow market share. Most recently, Scott was the Director of Channel Marketing at Sage where he helped business partners develop and fine tune their lead generation programs. He has served in senior level marketing positions at Oracle, Veritas Software, Toshiba, and Silicon Systems. He graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. Computer Engineering.

Originally from Ohio, Candi joined the Hall team in 2008 to provide additional design chops, analysis skills and a range of other experience to our development team. She boasts a well-rounded web development skillset coming from four-years of graphic/web design freelance work and a BA in Visual Communications from AIU Online in 2004. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and practicing primitve skills such as fire starting, collecting wild edibles, and organic gardening.

Originally from Jamaica, André has spent most of his life here in Maine and has taken a keen interest in website design and email marketing. He began his technical journey in 2002 and has continued to build his knowledge base as new technologies emerge. Andre also has over three years of email marketing experience and uses multiple campaign platforms to create custom HTML emails for clients with contact lists from a few dozen to 1000's.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Kyle ventured to "Vactionland" to actually get some work done! Graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Computer Graphics and New Media, Kyle joined Hall in 2009 with a versatile background in XHTML/CSS programming, web design and even mult-user virtual environment development. Kyle will still watch the Bruins game with you after he beats you at ping-pong.

Born in Waterville, Maine Kasi Ehlers went on to graduate magna cum laude from USM with a B.A. in Communication in 2001. Upon joining Hall in 2009, she brought her professional experience in market research, customer support, project management and website marketing to Hall's internet marketing team. Kasi is the leading force behind Hall's ongoing assessment and adjustment of client websites, and spends her time performing qualititive analysis on search and web analytics data and advising clients on ongoing improvements to their websites. In her free time she spends time with her family and her two dogs.
